Pacting helps two people grow individually and as a couple. The main reasons people pact is for commitment. To keep up the word. Pacts can vary from 3 days to 5 days and even for weeks and months or even years.
We can pact for various reasons. Be it for inculcating a habit in your personal life or to follow the breeze with another person close to you or to get to know each other better and help each other achieve something they have always wanted to. :)
After a fight and some deep analysis, I have started this blog to write about our exercise pact. T & I have started our first pact and we are on day 3.
